1. Introduction

BethinkAI (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using bethinkai.com you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: your name and email address when you sign up.
• Purchase records: which products you have purchased, the amount, currency, and a payment reference. We do not store card, UPI, or bank details. Orders within India are processed by Razorpay; international orders are processed by Dodo Payments, which as Merchant of Record also collects your billing name, billing address, and contact details in order to complete the sale, determine applicable tax, and issue an invoice.
• Usage data: anonymous page-view analytics collected by Vercel Analytics. No personally identifiable data is captured by analytics.
• Technical data: your IP address and basic browser information are processed transiently by our hosting and security providers to serve the site, prevent abuse, and apply rate limits. We do not use this data to build advertising or marketing profiles.
• Contact messages: any message you send via our contact form.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and grant access to purchased products.
• To process payments and, for international orders, to enable Dodo Payments to complete the sale, calculate tax, and issue invoices.
• To send purchase confirmation emails and important account notifications.
• To respond to your support or contact enquiries.
• To understand overall site traffic and improve the user experience (via anonymous analytics).
• To protect the site against fraud and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising or send unsolicited marketing emails.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your account and purchase data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database. Only authorised server-side code can read or write your data — it is not publicly accessible. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all communications. Payment and billing details are held by our payment processors, not by us.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Razorpay — payment processing for orders within India. Your payment details go directly to Razorpay and are never stored by us.
• Dodo Payments — payment processing and Merchant of Record for international orders. For purchases made outside India, Dodo Payments collects and processes your name, email, billing address, and payment details to complete the transaction, calculate and remit tax, and provide invoices and receipts. Your payment details go directly to Dodo Payments and are never stored by us. See the Dodo Payments Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (purchase confirmations).
• Vercel — website hosting, anonymous analytics, and security (bot and abuse protection).

6. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes, ever.

7. Cookies

We use a minimal number of cookies — only those required for authentication (to keep you logged in). Our payment processors may set their own cookies on their hosted checkout pages during a transaction. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account will remove your personal information from our systems, though we (and our payment processors) may retain transaction and tax records as required by law. Requests concerning billing data held by Dodo Payments for international orders may also be directed to Dodo Payments.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
