1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from BethinkAI (“we”, “us”, “our”) at bethinkai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase any products.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on BethinkAI are digital goods (eBooks, toolkits, templates, video courses, etc.). Upon successful payment, you receive access to download or view the product through your BethinkAI dashboard, along with a confirmation email. This applies to every order, regardless of your location or checkout method. No physical items are shipped.

3. Intellectual Property

All content — including but not limited to text, graphics, course material, templates, and downloadable files — is the exclusive intellectual property of BethinkAI. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share any purchased product with third parties.
• Upload or post the content to any public platform, website, or torrent.
• Claim authorship or remove any copyright notices.
• Use the content to create competing products or services.

4. Payment & Pricing

We offer two checkout methods depending on where you are:

• Within India: payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Outside India: payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for international sales. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and may be automatically adjusted to reflect purchasing power in your country. Dodo Payments calculates, collects, and remits any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax, and issues your invoice. For these orders, your payment transaction and contract of sale are with Dodo Payments as reseller of the BethinkAI product; the product itself remains licensed to you by BethinkAI under Section 3.

BethinkAI never receives or stores your card, UPI, or bank details — these are handled entirely by the relevant payment processor. By completing a purchase you also agree to the terms of that processor: Razorpay or Dodo Payments (Buyer Terms). If a payment problem occurs, please contact us first — and, for international orders, you may also contact Dodo Payments, who handles order-related enquiries for those transactions — before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) to make a purchase. Sharing account access with others is not permitted.

6. No Warranties

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to ensure accuracy and quality, BethinkAI does not guarantee any specific result, income, or outcome from using our products. Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BethinkAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes relating to BethinkAI or its products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India. For international purchases, the terms and policies of Dodo Payments additionally govern the payment and reseller transaction. Nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
