By accessing or purchasing from BethinkAI (“we”, “us”, “our”) at bethinkai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase any products.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on BethinkAI are digital goods (eBooks, toolkits, templates, video courses, etc.). Upon successful payment, you receive instant access to download or view the product through your dashboard. No physical items are shipped.

3. Intellectual Property

All content — including but not limited to text, graphics, course material, templates, and downloadable files — is the exclusive intellectual property of BethinkAI. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share any purchased product with third parties.
• Upload or post the content to any public platform, website, or torrent.
• Claim authorship or remove any copyright notices.
• Use the content to create competing products or services.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). BethinkAI does not store your card or banking details. By completing a purchase you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. In the event of a payment dispute, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) to make a purchase. Sharing account access with others is not permitted.

6. No Warranties

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to ensure accuracy and quality, BethinkAI does not guarantee any specific result, income, or outcome from using our products. Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BethinkAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
