Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — All Sales Final

All products sold on BethinkAI are digital goods (eBooks, toolkits, templates, courses, etc.). Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and product access has been granted.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a product before buying, contact us and we'll be happy to help.

2. Exception — Access Not Granted After Payment

If your payment was successfully charged but you did not receive access to the product in your dashboard, you are entitled to a full refund or immediate access resolution. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your order details.

3. Duplicate Charges

If you have been charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge immediately upon confirmation. Please contact us with your transaction IDs so we can verify and resolve it promptly.

4. How to Request Support

To report a payment issue or request a refund under the eligible exceptions above, email us at contact@bethinkai.com or mohitsemwal806@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your registered email address
• The name of the product purchased
• Date and approximate time of purchase
• Transaction ID or Razorpay payment ID (visible in your bank statement or Razorpay confirmation email)
• A brief description of the issue

5. Processing Time

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended. We are always happy to resolve genuine issues quickly and fairly.
